Who we are

For the purpose of staying in touch, keeping accurate records and enable you to use our services we may collect personally identifiable information:

  • Telephone number
  • General sensitive data as part of a client’s questionnaire (where applicable)
  • Banking transfer and billing details connected with any payment you are making for the services.

We only use the information for dealing with you as a client/ service purpose.

How long we keep the information

We keep your details when you are a client and no longer than necessary. The law currently requires us to keep and securely store this information for a period of six years after the relevant payment date for financial and tax audit.

Personal data provided to us will be used for the purposes for which you submit it and in accordance with whatever consent you may give for its future use.

You have the right to view, amend and delete any personal information that you previously submitted and opt out of any and all communications and also withdraw any consent given. You can do it at any time.

We have a zero-tolerance spam policy.
